If you have selected equipment, send the manufacturer and model reference, required configuration and quantity. If the selection is still open, describe the application and the specifications that must be met.

Availability, equipment condition, documentation, warranty terms and delivery arrangements are confirmed for each proposed purchase.

When equipment needs to work together

Include your existing hardware, software and interfaces in the brief. Systems integration can be discussed alongside supply, with the requested work and responsibilities defined in the proposal.
